Ms. Amy's Class Spring 2012

"The child must know that he is a miracle, that since the beginning

of the world there hasn't been, and until the end of the world there will

not be, another child like him" ~ Pablo Casals

Reading board books. They all get so excited when we get books out! There are

usually 2 or 3 of them at a time handing me books to read :)
Bowling

Playing with shaving cream is fun.....

Really, really fun!!

They are all growing up so fast. It has been amazing to watch them learn so much!

Someone REALLY enjoys their lunch

Tealicious Tea Party of Pre-K

We had a wonderful field trip with our Pre-K students.  We are so grateful to Tealicious for opening their doors to us!

We started by learning how to fold our silverware in a cloth napkin.  We worked hard to roll them perfectly!
Next, we took turns going into the kitchen.  We learned how to make our own sandwiches.

It was so nice to use the fancy tea pots, tea cups and plates.  We poured our own lemonade and made fruit salad too!

At the end of our field trip we were able to ask a lot of questions about the restaurant.  We wanted to know about the different jobs and responsibilities when opening a restaurant.  Also, she told us how to make delicious cookies. :)

Thank you again Tealicious!  We had a wonderful time!

They decided on making rainbows.

She told me she was making wallpaper.

Working together to setup the house.

The linking people are a great challenge when trying to connect them.
Trains.
Trains.
We like our trains.

Reading is relaxing.

Nice weather takes the class outside for fun and exercise.
